Dean has a large cross inked on his left forearm. Sleeve tattoo on his right arm, his wife Tori Spelling`s wedding vows on the left side of his ribcage (she has his vows inked on hers). He also has the word `Tori`s` inked just above his manhood, but his wife claimed he still cheated on her, a month after he had it done! Afraid we can`t publish a picture of that one!!
